Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a return authorization with shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely with the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your request:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days after processing
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately via email

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your new items.
